Born on January 29, 1950, in the village of Uspenka, Buryn Raion, Sumy Oblast, Ukraine.
- In 1968, he graduated from Khotin Vocational Technical School No. 5 with a major in Electrician.
- From 1970 to 1989, he worked at the Lenin Collective Farm in Buryn Raion, Sumy Oblast, as an electrical technician and electrical engineer.
- In 1974, he graduated from the Hlukhiv Agricultural Technical School with a major in "Electrification of Agriculture", and the Sumy Branch of the Kharkiv Agricultural Institute with a major in "Mechanization of Agriculture", receiving the qualification of a mechanical engineer.
- Since 1989, he has worked at Sumy National Agrarian University as a senior lecturer at the Department of Power Engineering in the Agro-Industrial Complex.
- Since 2011, he held the position of Head of Educational Laboratories and concurrently worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrotechnical Systems.
- From 2019 to the present, he has held the position of Head of Educational Laboratories at the Department of Power Engineering and Electrotechnical Systems.
- Research Focus: study of the impact of thermal processes in electric power engineering and the application of thermal energy in the agro-industrial complex; economic aspects in power engineering.
Professional Development (Internship):
- Sumy Regional Institute of In-Service Education. From October 16, 2023, to November 24, 2023 — 180 hours. Certificate series PK 02139771 25885-23 dated November 24, 2023.
- By the decision of the II(III) level attestation commission dated May 7, 2024, he passed the attestation for the Head of the Educational Laboratory, in accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education".
