Opening History. The curiosity of higher education applicants and the request of employers were embodied in 2020 in the opening of the laboratory “Virtual reality and robotics module”, the main purpose of which is to develop creative thinking, the expansion of horizons of possible and, of course, professional training of applicants. The need to open a laboratory is dictated by modern areas of agricultural development, because agro -engineering professionals now require specific knowledge of mechatronics, robotics, virtual platforms, supplemented reality systems, etc. The main task of the laboratory is to provide the conditions for the thematic lectures, laboratory, practical classes, scientific seminars, advanced training for employees of agro -industrial enterprises; Ensuring an innovative component of training through modeling modern production in a virtual environment.
The main specialization: the activity of the laboratory is aimed at the widespread use of the latest achievements in the field of agricultural production, automation and microprocessor equipment, as well as working out new approaches to work with them.
The audience conducts classes and seminars during which the applicants under the guidance of the teacher conduct full or simulation experiments (experiments) in order to practically confirm the individual theoretical provisions of the subjects for applicants in the specialty of 208 agro -engineering.
The logistics of the laboratory allows you to acquire practical skills in working with equipment for robotics, virtual and added reality and work with chromake technology. Thus, to create practical skills of the applicant in the field of robotics in the laboratory presents a fairly large set of modules, sensors and other equipment that can be connected to different microprocessors. Sensory station, “third hand”, special magnifying glass and various solders allows to compose sensors with a microprocessor. A 3D printer is used to create the enclosures.
The chromake technology is provided with a green screen that can create any background on which the speaker says. Also, a webcam has a high resolution, a professional microphone and lighting appliances is also installed to create professional content. The processing of the obtained data is provided by a powerful computer.
Virtual and added reality is created for applicants in order to familiarize them with technical agricultural agents that may not be available in the audience. Thus, in the training module there are glasses of virtual reality: some installed stationary, others are mobile. To demonstrate other applicants in what is happening in the glasses, the image is played on the TV screen.
