Opening History. The creation of the John Deere Agricultural Machine Laboratory has become possible thanks to the interaction of the team of teachers of Sumy NAU and the firm of Jupiter 9 Agroservice LLC. It is close cooperation that we can say friendly support, allowed to open a specialized audience on September 1, 2019, the equipment for which was transferred to the service units of Jupiter 9 Agroservice LLC. Subsequently, the development of demonstration stands and the restoration of equipment was actively attended by teachers of the engineering and technology faculty Gorovy MV. and Kalnaguz OM Collaboration with the partner firm continues in the direction of development of the material and technical base of Sumy NAU. Thus, now, the JOHN Deere tractor has been transferred to the responsible storage and the transmission of samples of tractor equipment and John Deere sprayers is planned.
The main specialization. The educational laboratory is the basis for training of the engineering and technology applicants and advanced training of production professionals. During the theoretical and laboratory-practical classes in the laboratory, applicants study the structure, principle of operation, technological process of work and basic regulation of agricultural machines.
The audience conducts classes and seminars in the disciplines “Agricultural machinery”, “Energy tools”, “Tractors and cars”, “Operation of machines and equipment”, “Machine provision of agro -technologies” for applicants in the specialties of 208 “Agro -engineering”.
Logistical support. John Deere 1910 seed drilling rate box; working bodies of soil tillage; plow housings; seed distributor; John Deere grain harvester; cutting apparatus of the John Deere harvest harvester; John Deere grain grain grain grain harvester; information stands and more. The layouts provided by the partner are used to study the design of modern sowing complexes, agricultural machines, combines, etc. and to obtain practical skills in adjusting equipment. The laboratory has a multimedia system for demonstrations and training films.
