Born February 22, 1958, Korovintsy Nedrigail district of Sumy region.
In 1980, he graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization, qualification as a Mechanical Engineer.
Since 1980, he worked on the Komintern collective farm of the Nedrigail district.
Until July 1987 - Assistant to the First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Sumy Regional Council of People's Deputies, regional state administration.
Since December 1997 - vice-rector for administrative work of Sumy State Agrarian University.
Since 1999 - Vice-rector for financial and economic activities of Sumy State Agrarian University, and then Sumy NAU.
Since June 2001 - Associate Professor at the Technical Service Department of SNAU.
2002 - defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the specialty 05.02.08 – technology of engineering on the topic: "Minimizing the cost of automated assembly of products by managing manufacturing manufacturability".
In 2008 - awarded the academic title of associate professor of the department "Technical Service".
The main disciplines: “Designing of technological processes of technical service”, “Repair of machinery and equipment”, “Technical service in the agricultural sector”, “Technical service of vehicles”, “Machine repair”, “Technology of machine repair”.
Direction of scientific research: minimizing the cost of automated assembly of products by managing manufacturing manufacturability.
