Born in 1961 in Mykolaiv.
1978 – graduated from Mykolaiv Secondary School No. 34.
1978-1984 – studies at the full-time department of the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute named after S.Y. Makarova in the specialty “Refrigerating and compressor machines and installations” (he received a diploma with honors).
1984-1987 – postgraduate study at the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Institute named after S.Y. Makarova
1987 – defense of the thesis for obtaining the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 08.05.05 – ship power plants and their elements (main and auxiliary).
1988 – 1991 – researcher, mechanic – technological department of the All-Union Research and Design Institute of Aluminum, Magnesium and Electrode Industry VAMI.
1992 – 1994 – deputy director of scientific work of the Central Scientific Research Institute “Ferrohydrodynamics”.
1994 – to the present – director of LLC “NVVP “Ferrohydrodynamics”

Direction of scientific research: Development of science-intensive environmentally safe technologies. Increasing the level of environmental safety of hazardous industries by using magnetofluid sealing complexes (MRGC). Study of a set of interrelated processes of different physical nature in the gap of the MRGC. Study of rheological properties of magnetic fluids. The mutual influence of the organization of technical service on ecological and man-made safety.
