Born June 3, 1955, Kharkiv.
He graduated from the secondary school № 26 in Sumy (1972), and the Sanitary and Technical Faculty of Kharkov Engineering and Construction Institute (1977) - a civil engineer.
In 1988 he completed his postgraduate studies at the Kiev National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
1990 - defended his dissertation on the topic: "Intensive methods of multi-stage washing of materials from soluble contamination", 05.23.04 - water supply, sewerage construction systems for protection of water resources.
Courses: "Occupational safety in the industry", "Fundamentals of occupational safety".
Field of research: "Intensive methods of multistage washing of materials from soluble contamination". Specialist in industrial sanitation and environmental protection systems against industrial waste pollution
Works on the doctoral dissertation: "Scientific substantiation of water protection systems of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex" for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
